Booking enquiries

When you submit the form, we store your name, phone number, preferred date, number of guests, selected experience, contact preference and any notes in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore. These details help Bhavit respond to your enquiry and organise your visit. A request does not confirm a reservation.

Booking records are not publicly readable through the website. Access is restricted to authorised project administrators. Please keep sensitive financial or identity information out of the notes field.

WhatsApp and SMS

After saving, the website prepares a message with your enquiry details and reference. Opening WhatsApp or SMS transfers that message to the app you choose. You review and send it yourself. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Visitor analytics

Google Analytics provides visitor statistics, including visits, pages viewed and interactions such as starting an enquiry or selecting a contact option. It uses cookies or similar identifiers to estimate visitors and sessions. Your name, phone number and booking notes are not sent in analytics events. Advertising personalisation is disabled.

You can turn off visitor statistics and still use the website and booking form. Your choice is saved in this browser. Existing opt-outs and browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are respected until you choose to enable statistics. Privacy choices
